We are looking for you to join our tech team in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich. 1KOMMA5° is creating Germany's largest one-stop-shop for the sale, installation, and servicing of solar panels, heat pumps, electricity solutions, and charging infrastructure. And the best part? They are all interconnected! One of our key tech products, our energy manager "Heartbeat," is central to our mission. It enhances the user experience through our app and ensures the cheapest and cleanest energy for our customers. Your mission

As part of a cross-functional team in the B2C domain, you will focus on managing our partner network, drafting requirements for their software and hardware solutions, and engaging in contract negotiations.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Management Support: Take an active role in supporting the software delivery process, focusing on rolling out software solutions and gathering requirements. Ensure smooth coordination with local and international teams to address individual market needs.
Technical Contribution: Assist in the definition, implementation, evaluation, deployment, and enhancement of software solutions for complex problems. Promote best practices and maintain high technical standards.
Innovation Initiatives: Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve our products and processes.
Act as a point of contact for our partner networks and OEM partners, supporting efforts to adapt and integrate their solutions with our systems and ensure that things are always running smoothly for our customers

Your profile

You have:

You are enrolled at a university and contribute 20 hours per week
You are studying a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science).
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience refining ambiguous requirements and finding your way around in cross-functional teams in a fast pace, interdisciplinary working environment
An agile and result-oriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player
Comfortable owning tasks and work streams from day one
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German (C1/C2)

Bonus points for:

Knowledge around the Energy markets, products or ecosystem
Experience and interest in climate tech industry
Experience working closely with business and/or technical stakeholders in product development processes

Deine Position

Als Teil eines funktionsübergreifenden Teams im B2C-Bereich konzentrierst du dich auf die Koordination unseres Partnernetzwerks, die Ausarbeitung von Anforderungen für deren Software- und Hardwarelösungen und die Mitwirkung bei Vertragsverhandlungen.

Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören unter anderem:

Unterstützung des Projektmanagements: Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle bei der Unterstützung des Softwarebereitstellungsprozesses und fokussierst dich auf die Einführung von Softwarelösungen und die Erfassung von Anforderungen. Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Koordination mit lokalen und internationalen Teams, um den individuellen Marktanforderungen gerecht zu werden
Technischer Beitrag: Mitwirkung bei der Definition, Implementierung, Evaluierung, Bereitstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Softwarelösungen für komplexe Probleme. Förderung von Best Practices und Einhaltung hoher technischer Standards
Innovationsinitiativen: Trage zur Förderung einer Kultur der Innovation und des Experimentierens innerhalb des Teams bei, um unsere Produkte und Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern
Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner für unsere Partnernetzwerke und OEM-Partner und unterstützt sie bei der Adaption und Integration ihrer Lösungen in unsere Systeme, um sicherzustellen, dass die Prozesse für unsere Kunden stets reibungslos ablaufen

Dein Profil

Du bist an einer Universität eingeschrieben und kannst 20 Stunden pro Woche aufbringen
Du studierst in einem einschlägigen Studiengang (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Informatik)
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
Du hast Erfahrung darin, komplexe Anforderungen zu verfeinern und dich in funktionsübergreifenden Teams in einem schnellen, interdisziplinären Arbeitsumfeld zurechtzufinden
Du denkst agil und lösungsorientiert und betrachtest dich als Teamplayer
Du fühlst dich in der Lage, Aufgaben und Arbeitsabläufe vom ersten Tag an eigenverantwortlich zu gestalten
Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2)
