Deine Position

Als Teil eines cross-funktionalen Teams im B2C-Bereich konzentrierst du dich auf das Management unseres Partnernetzwerks, das Erstellen von Anforderungen für deren Software- und Hardwarelösungen sowie auf Vertragsverhandlungen. Zusätzlich übernimmst du eine aktive Rolle im Projektmanagement und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen für die Unternehmensführung.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:

Projektmanagement-Support: Du unterstützt aktiv den Softwarebereitstellungsprozess – vom Rollout neuer Lösungen bis zur Anforderungserhebung. Du koordinierst mit lokalen und internationalen Teams, um spezifische Marktanforderungen umzusetzen und stellst sicher, dass das Team fokussiert und zielgerichtet arbeitet.
Technische Mitarbeit: Du hilfst bei Definition, Umsetzung, Bewertung, Bereitstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Softwarelösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen. Dabei förderst du Best Practices und hohe technische Standards.
Reporting an das Management: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Tracking zentraler KPIs und erstellst Präsentationen für das C-Level und das obere Management.
Innovationsinitiativen: Du trägst dazu bei, eine Innovationskultur im Team zu fördern, um unsere Produkte und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Ansprechpartner:in für Partner: Du bist erste Kontaktperson für unser Partnernetzwerk und OEMs, unterstützt bei der Integration ihrer Lösungen in unsere Systeme und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos für unsere Kund:innen läuft.

Dein Profil

Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und kannst uns 20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen.
Du studierst ein passendes Fach wie z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwesen oder Informatik.
Du hast starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine gute Organisationskompetenz.
Du kannst unklare Anforderungen strukturieren und findest dich gut in interdisziplinären, schnelllebigen Teams zurecht.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit der Google Office Suite und kannst komplexe Informationen für Management-Entscheidungen aufbereiten.
Du hast eine agile, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und arbeitest gern im Team.
Du übernimmst gern Verantwortung und eigene Aufgabenbereiche ab Tag 1.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2).

Pluspunkte gibt’s für:

Kenntnisse im Bereich Energiemarkt, -produkte oder -ökosystem.
Erfahrung und/oder Interesse an der Climate-Tech-Branche.
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Business- oder Tech-Stakeholdern im Produktentwicklungsprozess.

1KOMMA5° is creating Germany's largest one-stop-shop for the sale, installation, and servicing of solar panels, heat pumps, electricity solutions, and charging infrastructure. And the best part? Your mission

As part of a cross-functional team in the B2C domain, you will focus on managing our partner network, drafting requirements for their software and hardware solutions, and engaging in contract negotiations. In addition you will take an active project management role within the team and support in preparing presentations for the company leadership team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Management Support: Take an active role in supporting the software delivery process, focusing on rolling out software solutions and gathering requirements. Ensure smooth coordination with local and international teams to address individual market needs and ensure that the team stays focus and on target.
Technical Contribution: Assist in the definition, implementation, evaluation, deployment, and enhancement of software solutions for complex problems. Promote best practices and maintain high technical standards.
Leadership reporting: Ownership of key KPI tracking as well as translating these KPIs and project management updates into presentations for C-level and upper management.
Innovation Initiatives: Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve our products and processes.
Act as a point of contact for our partner networks and OEM partners, supporting efforts to adapt and integrate their solutions with our systems and ensure that things are always running smoothly for our customers.

Your profile

You have:

You are enrolled at a university and contribute 20 hours per week.
You are studying a relevant degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience refining ambiguous requirements and finding your way around in cross-functional teams in a fast pace, interdisciplinary working environment.
You know you way around the google office suite and how to abstract complex information for leadership decisions.
An agile and result-oriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player.
Comfortable owning tasks and work streams from day one.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German (C1 / C2).

Bonus points for:

Knowledge around the Energy markets, products or ecosystem.
Experience and interest in climate tech industry.
Experience working closely with business and/or technical stakeholders in product development processes.
