Senior Analytics Engineer - Growth (m/f/d)
1KOMMA5°
We bring together regional craftsmanship and scalable software: We don't think of solar, batteries, heat pumps, and e-mobility as isolated components, but control them as an intelligent, integrated overall system in our virtual power plant. Directly connected to the electricity market – in real time, fully automated. This way, energy is used when it is available from renewables and particularly cost-effective. By 2030, our goal is to transition 1.5 million households to renewable energies. Over 3,000 people are working towards this every day, at more than 80 locations worldwide, from Finland to Australia.
Want to take responsibility and build solutions that truly matter? Apply now and help us shape the energy world of tomorrow.
Your mission
We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) to own the growth analytics function at 1KOMMA5°. You will sit at the intersection of data engineering, marketing intelligence, and business strategy — building the systems and insights that power our sales and marketing engine across Europe.
You will join a small, high-impact data team and report directly to the Director of Growth Operations. This is a hands-on, highly visible role: you will own our marketing data models, drive the stability of our marketing tech stack, and partner closely with marketers, sales reps, data engineers, and business leaders to make data-driven decisions fast.
Own Marketing Data Modeling
Design, build, and maintain our core marketing data models — you know them by heart and can answer any question with data within minutes
Define a forward-looking vision for the marketing data stack and drive its development
Actively educate analysts, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders on marketing data — how it works, what it means, and how to use it
Own the Marketing Tech Data Stack
Take full ownership of the stability of our marketing data pipelines — be the first to respond to incidents and drive resolution
Maintain deep expertise across our full marketing tech stack: ad platforms (Performance Max, Taboola/Outbrain, etc.), Airbyte ingestion, Zoho CRM, GTM, and web analytics
Partner with marketers to use data to automate and improve marketing processes
Drive Cross-Team Collaboration
Work across data analysts, data engineers, software engineers, and marketing teams — sharing knowledge and best practices from the Growth Analytics team
Integrate learnings from other teams back into your own work to continuously raise the bar
Lead and ship large cross-functional projects with clarity and alignment
Be a Role Model for Junior Talent
Mentor junior data analysts and engineers — making them meaningfully better through your guidance
Actively reduce your bus factor: document your work, teach what you know, and build automations that scale your impact beyond yourself
