Your mission
At 1KOMMA5, we are committed to Data-Driven Decision-Making. Your mission is to be the catalyst for this process, working closely with all organizational domains to design and build a robust and scalable data model in our Data Warehouse. By ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and quality, you will empower decision-makers at every level to draw verified insights, transforming guesswork into strategic, quantifiable action across our entire product and operational ecosystem.
In your mission, you will be supported by the Data & Analytics Platform Teams. They design and build the foundation of how data flows through our company. Together you will identify bottlenecks in our technical capabilities and support building the right data product for our internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design and develop data models across different domains (e.g. Sales, Logistics, Operations or Energy Services) in collaboration with the respective Domain.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
Mentor and upskill the domains to be able to continue owning their data products independently.
Close collaboration with Data & Analytics Platform to ensure a coherent Data Platform for our stakeholders.

Your profile
Proven experience (3+ years) in an analytics role, preferably within a fast-paced tech company or similar environment
You are a SQL Expert with a strong preference for BigQuery. You basically know every part of BigQuery, how to store and query data efficiently at scale
Strong understanding of data concepts specifically about data modelling for analytical purposes
Strong experience in at least 2 different domains (e.g. Sales, CRM, Energy, Ops, Product or others)
You are experienced in at least one BI tool (preferably Looker). Getting and presenting insights from Data using Dashboards is native to you
Strong understanding of difficulties arising from fast paced environments
Strong Experience with data governance, especially around implementing and managing data catalogs, IAM, ensuring metadata management and efficient data discovery
Independent working style - You are confident working independently, unblock yourself or find partners to pave the way forward
Basic understanding of data ingestion and software engineering in general, preferably rudimentary python skills
Very good knowledge of spoken and written english, german is a plus
Bonus points for:
Having worked in a scale up environment at a company of similar size
