Deine Position

Du arbeitest mit daran, das Geschäft rund um erneuerbare Energien zu transformieren. Durch unsere Kernsysteme im Bereich Marketing Automation und CRM entwickeln wir innovative Wachstumsprozesse, um die Energiewende in privaten Haushalten und kleinen Unternehmen weltweit voranzutreiben.

Als Working Student Software Engineering bei 1KOMMA5° arbeitest du eng mit erfahrenen Fullstack Engineers und einem Product Manager in einem kollaborativen Team zusammen. Du hilfst dabei, Softwarelösungen zu entwickeln und zu pflegen und lernst dabei Best Practices in Entwicklung, Deployment und Betrieb. Mit gezieltem Mentoring und Unterstützung entwickelst du deine technischen Fähigkeiten weiter und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg des Teams bei.

Next.js/TypeScript für Frontend-Anwendungen & NestJS/TypeScript für Backend-Anwendungen
TypeScript für CRM-Anpassungen & Workflow-Automatisierung
Ruby on Rails für eine API-only-Anwendung
Infrastructure as Code, Deployment auf Google Cloud, Observability mit Datadog
Google Cloud Tasks und Delayed Job für Hintergrundprozesse

Dein Profil

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

Du bringst deine Motivation und dein Know-how in ein selbstorganisiertes Entwicklerteam ein
Du hilfst bei der Weiterentwicklung und Pflege geschäftskritischer Anwendungen
Du arbeitest mit daran, aus komplexen Anforderungen umsetzbare Aufgaben zu machen
Du unterstützt eine Kultur der experimentbasierten Innovation
Du verbesserst das Entwicklererlebnis durch Reduktion von Tech-Debt, Automatisierung und Dokumentation (Entscheidungen, Runbooks etc.)

Du bringst mit:

Erste Erfahrung in der Entwicklung wartbarer, wiederverwendbarer und testbarer Software mit TypeScript oder vergleichbaren Fullstack-Technologien
Grundkenntnisse im Design und der Pflege von RESTful APIs
Eine agile, ergebnisorientierte Denkweise und Freude daran, dein Team zu unterstützen
Kreativität und Begeisterung für neue Herausforderungen in einem dynamischen Unternehmen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch ist ein Plus
Wohnsitz in Deutschland

Your mission

You will work on transforming the business of selling renewable technologies. With our core marketing automation and CRM systems, we innovate growth processes to power the energy transition in private homes and small businesses world-wide.

As a Working Student Software Engineering at 1KOMMA5°, you will work alongside experienced Fullstack Engineers and a Product Manager in a collaborative team environment. You'll contribute to building and maintaining software solutions while learning best practices in development, deployment, and operations. With mentorship and support, you’ll grow your technical skills and help the team deliver impactful solutions.

Our Stack:

Next.js/TypeScript for frontend applications & NestJS/TypeScript for backend applications
TypeScript for CRM customizations & workflow automation
Ruby on Rails for one API-only application
Infrastructure as code, deployment to Google Cloud, observability with Datadog
Google Cloud Tasks and Delayed Job for background jobs

Your profile

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Contribute your skill and motivation to a team of self-driven software engineers
Extending and maintaining business critical applications
Help shaping actionable requirements from complex and undefined business problems
Foster a culture of experiment-driven innovation
Improve developer experience by constantly avoiding/reducing tech-debt, automating as much as possible and documenting decisions, runbooks etc.

You have:

Some experience writing maintainable, self-describing, reusable, and testable code with TypeScript and other major back-end or full-stack technologies
Basic knowledge of designing and maintaining RESTful APIs
An agile and results-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting your team
A creative and enthusiastic approach to tackling new challenges, contributing to an ambitious and dynamic company
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, German is a plus
Residency in Germany
