Deine Position

Werde Teil unseres Workplace-IT-Teams und unterstütze aktiv eines unserer wichtigsten Digitalisierungsprojekte: die Migration unserer Installationsbetriebe in eine zentrale Google Workspace Umgebung.

Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Projekt- & Change Management spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Koordination, Kommunikation und Förderung der Akzeptanz - und hilfst so hunderten Mitarbeitenden bei einem reibungslosen Übergang in eine neue digitale Arbeitsumgebung.

Unterstützung bei Planung und Durchführung von Google Workspace Migrationen für unser Netzwerk überwiegend deutscher Installationsbetriebe.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren System Engineers - du übernimmst die Kommunikation, Meeting-Koordination sowie die Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Schulungsmaterialien, damit sie sich auf die technische Umsetzung konzentrieren können.
Hauptansprechpartner:in zwischen Workplace IT und den lokalen Unternehmen - du sorgst für Klarheit und Orientierung während des gesamten Migrationsprozesses.
Erstellung und Pflege leicht verständlicher Anleitungen, FAQs und Onboarding-Ressourcen zur Unterstützung der Nutzer:innen vor, während und nach der Migration.
Organisation und Durchführung von Onboardings, Info-Calls und Q&A-Sessions zur Begleitung der lokalen Teams durch den Prozess.
Überwachung des Projektfortschritts, Einholen von Feedback und Eskalation von Problemen zur schnellen Lösung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
Mitwirkung an unseren Change-Management-Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Awareness, Engagement und Nutzung der Google Workspace Tools.
Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Dashboards, Reportings und Checklisten zur Fortschrittskontrolle und Identifikation möglicher Hürden.

Dein Profil

Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert – idealerweise in einem Studiengang wie BWL, Informatik, Kommunikation, Change Management oder einem ähnlichen Bereich.
Du hast ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit, um uns zu untersützen.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (Muttersprache oder mind. C1-Niveau) - da du deutschsprachige Teams in einem technisch komplexen und stark vom Wandel geprägten Umfeld betreust.
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und fühlst dich im Austausch mit sowohl technischen Teams als auch Fachbereichen wohl.
Du arbeitest proaktiv, denkst mit und setzt Dinge gerne um - mit einer positiven Einstellung und einer Portion Humor.
Du bringst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit, da unser Workplace-IT-Team international aufgestellt ist.
Erste Erfahrung mit Google Workspace oder IT-Projekten ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.

Your mission

Join our Workplace IT team and actively contribute to one of our most impactful digital transformation initiatives: the migration of our installation companies onto the centralized Google Workspace environment.
As a Working Student in Project & Change Management, you will play a vital role in coordinating, communicating, and driving adoption across teams - helping hundreds of employees transition smoothly into a new digital workplace.

Support the planning and execution of Google Workspace migrations for our network of mostly German installation companies.
Collaborate closely with System Engineers - allowing them to focus on technical delivery while you take the lead on communication, meeting coordination, and the development of documentation and training materials.
Act as the main point of contact between Workplace IT and local company stakeholders, ensuring clarity and user guidance throughout the migration journey.
Create and maintain easy-to-understand guides, FAQs, and onboarding resources to support end-users before, during, and after their migration.
Organize and host onboarding sessions, discovery calls, and Q&A meetings to guide local teams through the process.
Monitor project progress, gather feedback, and escalate issues to ensure quick resolution and continuous improvement.
Contribute to our change management efforts by helping drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Google Workspace tools.
Assist in setting up dashboards, reporting tools, and checklists to keep track of milestones and identify potential blockers.

Your profile

You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communication, Change Management, or a related field.
You are available for approx. 20 hours per week.
You speak German fluently (native, or C1+), as you will support German-speaking teams in technically complex and change-heavy environments.
You have excellent communication skills and feel confident engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
You work proactively, think ahead, and enjoy getting things done - with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
You have very good English skills, as our Workplace IT team operates as an international team.
Previous experience with Google Workspace or IT project work is a plus, but not required.
