Bei 1KOMMA5° bauen wir Europas führende Energie-Software-Plattform “Heartbeat” und schaffen so ein virtuelles Kraftwerk, das Photovoltaik, Stromspeicher, Wärmepumpen und Ladesäulen der Kunden verknüpft und so die Rentabilität vernetzter Kundenanlagen deutlich erhöht. Wir bieten Kunden zudem einen "One-Stop-Shop" für den Kauf und die Installation individueller und intelligenter Energie-Systemlösungen, damit jeder Haushalt schnell und professionell klimaneutral wohnen, heizen und mobil sein kann. Gleichzeitig arbeiten wir in unserer Technologie-Sparte an der Weiterentwicklung und dem Ausbau der Heartbeat-Software, um Kunden weltweit mit dem Strommarkt zu vernetzen und so immer den günstigsten und saubersten Stromtarif anbieten zu können.

Deine Position

Kostencontrolling & Budgetmanagement: Implementierung eines detaillierten Kostencontrollings für verschiedene Entwicklungsprojekte und Produkte, um Transparenz und Effizienz sicherzustellen
Finanzplanung & Forecasting: Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Budget-und Forecasting-Prozessen zur strategischen Steuerung der finanziellen Ressourcen
Profitabilitätsanalyse & Skalierungsstrategie: Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur mittelfristigen Profitabilität und Positionierung als relevanter Player im Energiemarkt
Operatives Finanzmanagement: Sicherstellung einer effizienten Buchhaltung, Rechnungslegung und Finanzprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Investitions- & Ressourcenallokation: Bewertung und Priorisierung von Investitionen Technologie, Personal und Infrastruktur zur optimalen Mittelverwendung
Reporting & Kommunikation: Erstellung regelmäßiger Finanzberichte und Ableitung strategischer Empfehlungen für das Management und die globale Finanzorganisation

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, der Geschäftsführung oder der kaufmännischen Leitung
Analytisches und strategisches Denken und eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
Du triffst gerne Entscheidungen und löst Probleme
Außerdem hast du eine hohe Eigeninitiative und eine Hands-on Mentalität
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission

Cost controlling & budget management: Implementation of detailed cost controlling for various development projects and products to ensure transparency and efficiency
Financial planning & forecasting: Establishment and continuous development of budget and forecasting processes for the strategic management of financial resources
Profitability analysis & scaling strategy: development of measures for medium-term profitability and positioning as a relevant player in the energy market
Operational financial management: Ensuring efficient bookkeeping, accounting and financial processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Investment & resource allocation: evaluation and prioritization of investments in technology, personnel and infrastructure for optimal use of funds
Reporting & communication: preparing regular financial reports and deriving strategic recommendations for management and the global finance organization

Your profile

Degree in business administration, finance or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in controlling, management or commercial management
You are characterized by analytical and strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
You enjoy making decisions and solving problems
You also have a high level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
Fluency in German and English
