We are looking for you to join our Digital Solutions & Requirements team in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich or completely remote (based in Germany). 1KOMMA5° is building Germany's largest one-stop-shop for sale, installation and services related to solar, heat pumps, electricity and charging infrastructure. Your mission

Supporting the Digital Solutions team in the preparation of make or buy decisions from the start to the implementation
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and identify the best scalable solutions
Researching software solutions and comparing them based on the derived requirements
Maintaining a comprehensive overview of the existing system landscape in Germany and abroad
Preparing meetings, slide decks and data analyses (business case, user adoption)

Your profile

You are enrolled at a university and can contribute 20 hours per week
You are studying Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable course of studies
You are experienced in Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and have preferably already worked with Google, Miro and/or Notion
You are capable of effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders
You bring a proactive attitude and don't forget to have fun at work and within your team
You are interested in familiarizing yourself with various topics and are willing to own your own projects
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1/C2)

Deine Position

Unterstützung des Digital Solutions Teams bei der Vorbereitung von Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen von der Planung bis zur Implementierung
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, um deren Anforderungen zu erkennen und die besten skalierbaren Lösungen zu entwickeln
Recherche und Vergleich von Softwarelösungen auf Grundlage der gewonnenen Anforderungen
Verschaffen eines umfassenden Überblicks über die bestehende Systemlandschaft im In- und Ausland
Vorbereitung von Meetings, Präsentationen und Datenanalysen (Business Case, User Adoption)

Dein Profil

Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und kannst bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche aufbringen
Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, und hast vorzugsweise bereits mit Google, Miro und/oder Notion gearbeitet
Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit internen Teams und Stakeholdern
Du bringst eine proaktive Arbeitsweise mit und vergisst nicht, Spaß an der Arbeit und im Team zu haben
Du bist daran interessiert, dich in verschiedene Themen einzuarbeiten und bist bereit, eigene Projekte zu übernehmen
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2)
