Deine Position

Unterstützung des Rollout-Teams bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von B2B-Software-Rollouts in unseren nationalen und internationalen Standorten
Analyse der Software-Adoption in unseren Niederlassungen mithilfe quantitativer und qualitativer Methoden
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, um ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen und sie bei der effizienten Nutzung unserer B2B-Systemlandschaft zu unterstützen
Erstellung und Entwicklung von Schulungen und Formaten, um reibungslose Software-Rollouts in allen 1KOMMA5°-Standorten sicherzustellen
Vorbereitung von Meetings, Präsentationen sowie Durchführung von Datenmigrationen (inkl. Datenmapping und Datenbereinigung)

Dein Profil

Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und kannst uns 20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen
Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel - idealerweise auch mit Google Workspace, Miro und/oder Notion
Du besitzt starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit internen Teams und Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
Du arbeitest proaktiv und verlierst dabei nie den Spaß an der Arbeit - auch nicht im Team
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 / C2)

Your mission

Supporting the rollout team in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of B2B software rollouts at our national and international branches
Analyzing the adoption of B2B software at our branches with quantitative and qualitative research
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and enable them to use our B2B system landscape efficiently
Preparing and developing training and formats to support smooth software rollouts across our 1K5° branches
Preparing meetings, slide decks, and data migrations (data mapping, data cleansing)

Your profile

You are enrolled at a university and contribute 20 hours per week
You are studying Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable course of studies
You are experienced in Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and have preferably already worked with Google, Miro and/or Notion
You are capable of effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders
You bring a proactive attitude and don't forget to have fun at work and within your team
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
