Market Positioning: The ability to develop and execute comprehensive market positioning strategies for energy solutions, considering the unique value propositions and competitive advantages within the dynamic energy sector.
Financial Acumen: Solid financial understanding to develop business cases, assess investment opportunities, and ensure that business decisions align with profitability goals in the context of the energy sector.

Additional requirements are:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with energy management systems, smart home technologies, or related fields.
- A background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in conducting market analyses, competitor assessments, and customer research in the energy sector. Previous roles should include responsibilities related to understanding and adapting to market trends.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in product development environments. A history of successful collaboration with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product lifecycle management, including product planning, development, launch, and post-launch optimization within the HEMS or energy industry.
